PRIVATE 1 ON 1 TRAINING SESSION

Our private training sessions are specifically catered to your athlete. We schedule these in blocks of 3 sessions. We have found that 1 training session does not allow us to see progression and work on building on top of the athletes skills. 3 sessions allows us to see the progress and help make the proper adjustments as needed.

Sessions Include:

  • 3 - 1 Hour Private Training Sessions

  • Workout Plan for Athlete to Practice In Between Our Sessions

  • Media Assets from Our Training Sessions: Photos and Videos
