YANNIK ESSEX
Coach Nik has extensive basketball coaching experience at the high school level in both CIF play and the AAU world. Coach Nik's philosophy revolves around intense and intentional defensive play, mixed with creative offensive systems.
AUSTIN LARGUSA
Austin is a USA Basketball and NFHS certified coach with over 12 years of experience developing youth and high school basketball players in Fairfield, California.
Austin's coaching philosophy centers on intentional development over hype. He believes in small groups, disciplined reps, and game-like learning that builds skill, basketball IQ, and decision-making simultaneously.

Xavier McClenton
Xavier McClenton or Coach X is a Salesian alumnus with a Year 2 NFHS basketball certification. He has served as a Girls AAU Coach with 707 Premier, working with student-athletes from 4th through 8th grade. Additionally, he serves as a Girls High School Assistant Coach under Coach Rod and a Middle School Fundamentals Trainer with Matt Garcia College Prep.
